North Korean agents spent seven years secretly writing code for leading DeFi projects, MetaMask developer Taylor Monahan said.

Many IT workers have been creating protocols you know and love since the “DeFi summer.” Seven years of blockchain development experience on their resumes is no lie.
Among the people involved from КНДР, the expert singled out SushiSwap, Thorchain, Fantom, Shib, Yearn, Floki, and many other projects. Blockchain detective ZachXBT joined the discussion, calling Lazarus Group an umbrella term for all hackers supported by Северной Кореей.

Job postings, schemes on LinkedIn, emails, Zoom, and interviews are all basic schemes. Their persistence is truly a big problem. I constantly see companies writing about how they stopped the Lazarus attack, but in the end it turns out to be nothing more than a primitive attempt by a group of people with low intelligence.
