Florida Pastor Indicted Over Alleged $50,000 PPP Loan Fraud
Federal prosecutors in Florida indicted former pastor Marcus Eichelberger on four wire fraud counts over alleged fraudulent PPP loan applications that caused about $50,000 in government losses. Prosecutors said Marcus Eichelberger and another individual allegedly claimed the loans would support a business, kept the proceeds for personal use, and later sought loan forgiveness.
