The Harvard Blockchain Accelerator is recruiting outstanding entrepreneurs around the world

The Harvard Blockchain Association (Hard Blockchain) recently announced the launch of the Harvard Blockchain Accelerator, which provides founders with an exceptional platform and opportunities to accelerate growth.

"Rather than supporting only Harvard and MIT students, the Harvard Blockchain Accelerator is for all entrepreneurs: not only for current students and alumni of both institutions, but also for all entrepreneurs. Kent Lin, president of the Harvard Blockchain Association, explained.

"Heroes don’t ask where they come from – in addition to the best blockchain talent at these two institutions around us, we want to make the most of our resources to select and help the most promising startups, grow with them, and give back to the community in doing so. ”

Timeline:

November 2023 - January 2024: Project selection

January-April 2024: Camp starts in March at the latest, and acceleration lasts for 3 months

April 13-14, 2024: Demo Day at the Harvard Blockchain Conference

As a founder, you’ll get:

Funding: Opportunity to receive up to $2 million in investments and grants from global venture capital firms and foundations

• Mentors & Expert Guidance: One-on-one access to multiple professional mentors, covering all stages of project development (BD, Tokenomics, security audit, recruitment, legal affairs, financing, currency listing, liquidity management, etc.) and experts in various ecosystems or topics (such as L1/2 Foundation, cryptography researchers, MEV scientists) Top Entrepreneur Community: Build a high-quality entrepreneur community with other outstanding entrepreneurs, and stay connected after the accelerator graduation to help each other grow together Time Flexibility: The intake period is from January to March, and each program accepts 3 consecutive months of acceleration. The acceleration module is highly customized for each founder, and is connected to an exclusive mentor according to the project’s own needs, and the project team and the mentor flexibly coordinate the communication time on a 1-1 basis, without being restricted by the interaction of other participants Project Exposure: Ongoing online and offline exposures will be conducted during the acceleration period. In addition to the 1-1 matchmaking of investors during the acceleration period, a Demo Day will be presented at the 2024 Harvard Blockchain Summit (April 13-14), and an online Demo Day will also be held

What we’re looking for:

• Research-oriented, technology-based startups in areas such as zero-knowledge proofs, fully homomorphic cryptographic FHE, game theory, AA, MEV, AI x Web3, decentralized oracles/sequencers, etc.
• Ideally, adopt a token-enabled, crypto-native (crypto native) business model. We’ll also help you explore the right business model.
• We do not set any rigid requirements on the pre-operation data, product completeness or financing progress of the project. We are eager to support projects with the potential for breakthrough innovation.

• Project partners are not limited to students and alumni of Harvard University and MIT. Partners are welcome to introduce.
