A security vulnerability was discovered on July 26th, and it has been confirmed that fewer than 15 accounts are affected. The Casper team has developed a patch and is currently conducting testing. To prevent further losses, the validators community has decided to temporarily suspend Consensus and Block production. Casper network is still online, Consensus and validation will be restored after patch release and validation. The Casper Association will conduct a comprehensive investigation and cooperate with relevant authorities to recover any unauthorized fund transfers.
