On July 30, 2024, the cryptocurrency market experienced strong activity in Ethereum and Bitcoin Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). Ethereum ETFs saw their first net inflow since debut, totaling $33.67 million, with BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust ETF leading with $118 million inflows. This was a significant reversal after Ethereum ETFs had net outflows of $341 million in their first week. Meanwhile, Bitcoin ETFs experienced net outflows of $18.3 million, with Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust seeing a strong outflow of $73.6 million, compared to BlackRock's $74.9 million inflow for its Bitcoin ETF. This marked the resumption of negative flows for Bitcoin ETFs after four days of positive flows.
