PANews News on February 22, according to Cointelegraph, luxury brand Blockchain infrastructure provider Arianee has developed a new Layer2 based on Polygon to expand the digital product passport platform used by various luxury brands and companies. Since the beginning of 2023, Arianee has been developing an optimized Layer 2 using Polygon's Zero-Knowledge Proof Chain Development Kit. Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel, co-founder and CEO of Arianee, presented its redesigned infrastructure that allows brands and developers to design highly customizable, cost-effective, and high-performance digital passports and Token that are tied to real-world products and Token assets.
Arianee explains, "We build specifically on EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) to cater to enterprise and scalable use cases. When striving to deliver a seamless, versatile, and cost-predictable service, building on L1 or even Polygon Mainnet remains difficult and risky. Arianee's native protocol Token will be used for payments within the Polygon CDK App Chain, bridging to the Aria20 ERC-20 Token on the Ethereum Mainnet. The launch of the Layer-2 appchain will directly allow brands to launch and manage their own digital product passes and loyalty tokens.
Previously, it was reported in May 2022 that Arianee completed about $2,100 in Series A financing, led by Tiger Global.
