Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Users must click the 【立即参与】 button on the announcement page to enter the event landing page and click the 【立即报名】 button to obtain valid participation eligibility; this time it is limited to users who trade through AR fiat, and the only payment method allowed is Gate Connect—bank card transfer.
2. Event One - New User Benefits, this event is only for new users who trade for the first time through Gate Connect - bank transfer channel. The final reward amount will be divided among the eligible new users.
3. Event Two - Trading Carnival Day, this event is only open to users trading through Gate Connect - bank transfer channel. The reward amount will be calculated based on the user's total trading volume as a proportion of the total trading volume during the event period, and users will share the reward amount according to their contribution ratio.
4. Rewards distribution, all activity rewards will be distributed in the form of USDT. Rewards will be credited to the eligible users' spot accounts within 15 days after the end of the activity.
5. Gate reserves the right of final interpretation of the event and the right to modify the event rules within the limits permitted by law;
6. All participants must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of Gate.io, including the user agreement, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
7. If any illegal, improper, unfair, or unjust behavior is discovered, including but not limited to cheating, using multiple accounts, and/or any other type of violation, Gate.io reserves the right to disqualify the user from participation and confiscate rewards;
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the translated version and the original English version, the English version shall prevail;
9. Gate.io reserves all final interpretation rights.
