State Grid Electronic Announcement: Controlling shareholder Guoji Nanfang and its concerted action person CEC Investment Plan will increase their holdings of the company's shares through the trading system within 12 months from the date of the announcement, with a total amount of not less than 400 million yuan and not more than 700 million yuan, of which Guoji Nanfang will increase its holdings by no less than 200 million yuan and CEC Investment will increase its holdings by no less than 200 million yuan.
