Golden Ten Data reported on April 26 that MediaTek released three Dimensity automotive chips, of which CT-X1 uses 3nm process, CT-Y1 and CT-Y0 use 4nm process. It is reported that the three chips are based on the Arm v9 architecture, built-in HDR ISP image processor, and support long intelligent image optimization technologies such as AI noise reduction and AI 3A, as well as 5G NTN satellite broadband technology. Among them, the CT-X1 supports AI large language models with 13 billion parameters, and can run longing mainstream large language models (LLMs) and AI drawing functions in the car.
