On September 30, Jin10 reported that on the night of the 29th local time, the Palestinian National Authority issued a statement welcoming U.S. President Trump’s efforts to end the Gaza conflict and reaffirmed confidence in his ability to find a peaceful path. In addition, the statement reiterated the Palestinian commitment made at the UN General Assembly regarding the completion of the Palestinian reform plan, including holding presidential and parliamentary elections within a year after the end of the war, as well as the commitment of all election candidates to the political program and international commitments of the Palestine Liberation Organization, international legality, and the principles of 'one system, one law, and one legitimate Palestinian security force', and seeks to establish a modern, democratic, and demilitarized Palestinian state committed to diversification and peaceful power transfer.
