The road to Harris's presidency is getting more and more difficult

Abstract generation in progress

On November 6th, according to the Associated Press, Harris can still enter the White House through the Northern Battlefield states, but the situation is becoming increasingly grim. Harris' campaign team has long stated that her most reliable path to obtaining 270 electoral votes is by winning Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which were states won by Trump in 2016 and narrowly won by Biden in 2020. Harris cannot lose Pennsylvania and obtain 270 electoral votes. However, she can lose some votes in the Blue Wall (named for being a Democratic firewall for a long time) and still obtain 270 electoral votes. If she loses Michigan, she can make up for it by winning Arizona and Nevada. She can also lose Wisconsin and then make up for it by winning Arizona. But for Harris, the map has definitely shrunk, and she cannot lose more than one state in the arc of the three northern states.
