Looking back over the past decade, my journey in the Crypto Assets market has been like a thrilling adventure. Since my first encounter with Get Liquidated in 2015, I have witnessed 17 projects fade into dust, while also being fortunate enough to witness the myth of 3 projects achieving k-fold rises. Today, I have decided to share the valuable experiences I have accumulated over the years, hoping to guide those who come after.
First, the essence of investment strategy lies in the reasonable allocation of positions. For investors who are new to the market, it is recommended to focus on the leading projects in a single track. As the scale of funds rises, you can gradually expand the investment scope, but remember not to over-diversify. Too many investment targets often mean you are delivering benefits to the project parties rather than truly creating value for yourself.
Secondly, always maintain a sense of awe towards the market. Technical analysis, project dynamics, and other tools are indeed important, but they are merely auxiliary means to improve the winning rate, not a crystal ball for predicting market direction. In a downtrend, every rebound may be a good opportunity to escape; while in an upward channel, pullbacks often provide us with excellent entry points.
Moreover, market enthusiasm is key to profitability. Most of the time, the market is calm, and it is often those moments of high emotion that bring significant returns. If a project lacks trading volume, trending topics, or social media attention, it may be wise to wait and observe.
In addition, the art of stop-loss and take-profit is equally important. Setting stop-loss levels and strictly adhering to them is the bottom line for protecting funds, while gradually raising the stop-loss price when in profit can maximize gains.
Finally, the timeliness of decision-making is crucial. When facing high-certainty opportunities, act decisively; once you notice the wind changing, withdraw quickly. This keen market sense is often a common trait among successful traders.
These insights are not just castles in the air, but are proven truths tested by the market. I hope these suggestions can help more investors move steadily in the unpredictable crypto market, avoid risks, and seize opportunities.
