Abstract generation in progress

On September 26, Ethereum founder Vitalik posted on the decentralized social media protocol Farcaster, stating, "Taxis are a form of Cypherpunk. Users do not need to show any identification or even phone numbers to anyone, nor do they need to install any proprietary applications to take a taxi; they can even pay with cash." Cypherpunk is an ideology that originated in the 1990s, combining Cryptography and punk spirit, advocating for the protection of personal privacy, freedom, and Decentralization through technological means, opposing government or institutional surveillance and control. In 1992, Tim May published the "Cypherpunk Manifesto," which pointed out that privacy needs to be actively fought for through technology, rather than relying on law.
