The essence of trading is: waiting
Brothers, take a look. The most powerful investment masters in the world are called financial crocodiles. Why aren't they called financial big tigers, big lions, or big sharks, but financial crocodiles?
Because lions and tigers, although they have strong combat power on land, consume energy when running and hunting, and can also get injured when facing strong enemies.
Crocodiles are patient, smart, and cold-blooded. They strategically lie in ambush near water sources for days or weeks, and when successful, they swallow their prey whole; if they fail, they immediately retreat back into the water (high reward, low risk).
Crocodiles appear to have short legs, but they can actually run faster than humans on land. However, crocodiles give up on land hunting, which they are not skilled at (because it consumes energy and carries risks), and focus on waiting in the water. Traders should do only what they are good at, just like crocodiles, to ensure they survive as long as crocodiles do (crocodiles have survived for two hundred million years since the time of the dinosaurs).
Its hunting method seems passive, but it is the most effective. It captures prey with the least energy consumption, striving for maximum profit at the lowest cost; this is where great financiers and crocodiles have something in common.
Happy weekend, brothers and sisters!
