I looked at the four-hour trend, and after the price went up, it dropped again, holding up for a short while at the middle band. Then it made a tentative surge, which opened the contraction and directly entered a downward mode.

The bulls clearly lack strength here, unable to release energy, while the bears are starting to gain momentum. The moving averages have also turned, and it's estimated that we will continue to oscillate within a wide range for some time. Looking down, there is still the possibility of further probing for a bottom.

If you're feeling radical, you might consider shorting at 3300.

A more stable strategy: Set up short positions in the range of 3340 to 3380, with a stop loss above 3460. The initial target is 3200, and if it breaks, continue to look at 3100, with a final target near 3000.
