BlackRock iShares Ethereum stake trust ETF has completed its sign up, as traditional asset management giants increase their investment in the ETH staking sector.

Abstract generation in progress

[Coin World] The global asset management giant has taken another major action.

iShares, a subsidiary of BlackRock, quietly completed a key registration on November 19th - the Ethereum Staking Trust ETF has officially been registered in Delaware, with its entity structure confirmed as a statutory trust.

This timing is quite subtle. It’s important to note that BlackRock has already tasted success with the Bitcoin spot ETF, and now they are extending their reach into the Ethereum staking field, the strategic intent behind this is evident. The choice of a statutory trust structure is also quite deliberate, as it not only meets compliance requirements but also leaves room for subsequent product operations.

The moves by traditional financial giants have added fuel to the ETH staking sector.

BlackRock is back, this time directly going for ETH staking... It seems that TradFi really can't let go of this piece of cake.

The black pearl is here, and BlackRock seems to be turning Ethereum staking into a mainstream asset.

BlackRock is really playing a big game here, BTC is tasting the sweetness and now rushing straight to ETH staking, really fearless. This set of legal trusts is indeed quite particular, it can be Compliance while still leaving a loophole, an old fox is still an old fox.

BlackRock is at it again. Last time BTC was thriving, and now they're targeting ETH staking. They really think retail investors don't exist.
