The qualification for the primary market, to put it simply, is whoever has the information wins. On-chain transparency is a good thing, but information asymmetry still exists.

statistically speaking, we've seen this exact "democratization" pitch before... 2017, 2021, every cycle really. the mechanics changed but the game theory stayed the same tbh. early access just means different gatekeepers now, not no gatekeepers.
