Recently, an interesting phenomenon has been worth noting—more and more Indian students are choosing to stay in China, and some well-known companies are actively reaching out with opportunities. Industry giants like Liangchuang Group and Hikvision are increasing their recruitment efforts for such talent. The logic behind this is quite clear: these individuals are fluent in Chinese and understand the domestic market environment, making them natural bridges for expanding overseas business.

Why is this pattern emerging? It’s not complicated. The barriers to US visas have been rising in recent years, making it increasingly difficult to obtain a work visa. Returning to India to develop? The local competitive environment is even more intense than we imagine, and standing out is no easy feat. In comparison, the opportunities and policy support provided by the domestic market—including the increasing efforts by cities like Beijing to track and favor foreign talent—are becoming more attractive to them.

From a business perspective, this strategy is indeed clever—obtaining international talent and market channels at a lower cost. But it also reflects a real issue: the employment pressure on domestic graduates is quietly increasing. The competition dimension has expanded from regional to international levels, which will undoubtedly have subtle impacts on the overall talent market landscape.

Wait, it's true that US visa cards are so strict, but local graduates also face a lot of pressure. What should we do?

Hmm... this is interesting, a signal of reallocation of chips. Low-cost international talent acquisition, I see through the company's tactics, a typical arbitrage logic. But regarding the increased pressure on local graduates, it has already been reflected in the chart, it's just that everyone hasn't realized it yet.

The company's move is indeed clever, but the pressure on domestic graduates has really increased.
