India’s Fractal Analytics IPO fully subscribed on final day of bidding

Feb 11 (Reuters) -

Fractal Analytics’ $314-million initial public offering, ‌the first for ‌a pure-play Indian artificial intelligence ​firm, was fully subscribed on the final day of bidding ‌on Wednesday.

The ⁠Mumbai-based company received bids for 25.37 ⁠million shares as of 1:03 p.m. ​IST, against ​18.58 ​million shares on ‌offer, exchange data showed. The company set a price band of 857 to 900 rupees ‌per share ​and is ​seeking ​a valuation of ‌up to 144.5 ​billion rupees ($1.59 ​billion) at the upper-end of the ​band.
