According to Wu Shuo, based on information from Galaxy Research Director Alex Thorn, the White House has released the U.S. Cyber Strategy document titled "President Trump's Cyber Strategy for America." The document is 7 pages long and proposes 6 strategic pillars, including for the first time explicitly mentioning "protection and assurance of encryption and blockchain technology" in the U.S. National Cybersecurity Strategy. The document also emphasizes cracking down on transnational cybercrime infrastructure and cutting off its financial channels. Analysts believe that these statements may provide policy basis for regulators to combat mixers, privacy coins, and unregulated capital flows. The strategy also calls for strengthening offensive cyber capabilities, expanding private sector participation in cyber defense, and promoting AI-driven cybersecurity systems.
