Quanta Services Adopts 2026 Performance-Based Incentive Framework

Quanta Services has approved a new performance-based incentive framework for 2026, aligning executive and staff compensation with key financial and operational metrics. The framework includes annual incentives tied to EBITDA, EBITDA margin, and safety, along with long-term incentives based on return on invested capital, earnings per share, and total stockholder return for the 2026–2028 period. This initiative aims to strengthen the company’s pay-for-performance culture and connect employee incentives more closely to profitability, capital efficiency, and shareholder value.
