Gelonghui, March 5 — Yongshun Holdings Hong Kong (06812.HK) announced that, effective March 16, 2026, Chen Zhensheng has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Wu Manhui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
