(002207) announced on March 11 that, after fully considering the current capital market environment and the company’s overall development plan, and following thorough communication and careful analysis with relevant parties, the company has decided to terminate this private placement of shares. The company has also proactively applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to withdraw the relevant application documents. Currently, the company’s operations are normal, and the termination of this issuance will not have a significant adverse impact on the company’s current normal production and business activities.
