People’s Financial News, March 11 — On March 11, Qiao Yinping, Chief Operating Officer of Shanghai Electric Group, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Electric Wind Power Party Committee, visited China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) Beijing New Energy Branch (referred to as “CNOOC New Energy Branch”) and held talks with Du Xiaolei, Party Secretary and General Manager of CNOOC New Energy Branch. The two sides had in-depth discussions on promoting the implementation of new energy strategic cooperation and innovating offshore wind power cooperation models.
