Johnson & Johnson to invest $1B in Pennsylvania manufacturing facility

Johnson & Johnson announced a $1 billion investment in a new cell therapy manufacturing facility in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This plant will produce advanced cell therapies for cancer and neurological diseases, creating over 500 skilled biomanufacturing jobs and 4,000 construction jobs. This investment is part of Johnson & Johnson’s larger commitment to invest $55 billion in U.S. manufacturing, R&D, and technology through early 2029.
