Bloomberg: U.S. prosecutors believe SBF's re-trial request should be denied

Mars Finance News, March 12 — According to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors stated that the request for reconsideration by FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried should be denied because he failed to prove his conviction was unjust. SBF is currently serving a 25-year sentence after the jury found him guilty of fraud and conspiracy related to the collapse of the FTX cryptocurrency trading platform in 2023.
