A coin veteran keeps using retail investors as an excuse, but without retail investors where would the hype come from? It has no reference value at all. I actually think that because there are more retail investors, the price should rise even more. Chasing rallies and panic selling are the norm for retail investors, so the fact that it can't be pumped up now just shows that the whales haven't accumulated enough yet, or it's simply a dead coin.
