Zhongmin Energy: Plans to Invest 452 Million Yuan to Build 80MW Fishery-Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station Project

On March 20, Zhongmin Energy (600163.SH) announced that the company plans to invest 452 million yuan to build the Zao’an Sidu 80MW Fishery-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Station project. The project company has a registered capital of 90 million yuan, with Zhongmin Energy holding a 51% stake, and a committed contribution of 45.9 million yuan.

The announcement states that the construction period for the project is 12 months, with an expected start date of June 1, 2026, and an estimated investment return rate of 5.04%. The project funding will come from the company’s own funds and bank loans. The project has obtained the filing certificate, and the booster station has received approval. Currently, preparations for construction are underway.

Zhongmin Energy stated that this investment aligns with national industrial policies and the company’s development strategy, helping the company seize strategic opportunities, deepen its photovoltaic power generation business, and enhance its new energy installed capacity, market competitiveness, and operational performance.
