Iran Reiterates No Ceasefire Demands, Will Continue Resistance

On March 16th local time, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, during his weekly press conference with the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, stated to reporters: “We have experienced difficult but proud days. We did not request a ceasefire and will continue to resist.” Amir-Abdollahian also reiterated during an interview with CBS on the 15th that “we have not conveyed any messages, nor have we requested a ceasefire. This war must end in a way that ensures it does not happen again.” (CCTV International News)
