Aerospace Hongtu Signs Joint Venture Agreement with Malaysia's KAYAN Group to Collaborate on Satellite Manufacturing and Satellite Communications

People’s Financial News, March 20 — According to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, recently, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and KAYAN HOLDINGS LIMITED of Malaysia officially signed a joint venture shareholder agreement. The two parties will jointly establish a joint venture company in Southeast Asia, engaging in in-depth strategic cooperation in satellite manufacturing, satellite communication, remote sensing data and carbon sink monitoring, and aerospace technology asset capitalization. The goal is to create a global benchmark project combining “aerospace technology + ecological carbon sinks.”
