Q: How to sign a tripartite agreement on the Electronic Tax Bureau?

A: If the deposit account for the tripartite agreement has not been registered yet, you need to log in to the Electronic Tax Bureau and click sequentially on [Tax Services]-[Comprehensive Information Report]-[System Information Report]-[Deposit Account Report] to register the deposit account. After successful registration, click [Sign Tripartite Agreement Now] to jump to the agreement signing page for operation.

For registered deposit accounts, you can click [Tax Services]-[Comprehensive Information Report]-[System Information Report]-[Deposit Account Report] and then [Sign Agreement]; or sequentially click [Tax Services]-[Comprehensive Information Report]-[System Information Report]-[Tripartite Agreement Signing] to add new agreement information.
