Performance|Hesai Turned Profitable Last Year with over 430 Million RMB, Plans to Increase Production Capacity This Year

Hesai (02525) announced that for the fourth quarter ending December last year, net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 153 million, up 4.22% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were RMB 0.98.

On a non-GAAP basis, net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 181 million, up 6.17% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were RMB 1.16.

During the period, total revenue was RMB 1 billion, an increase of 39% year-on-year; product revenue was RMB 983 million, an increase of 40.1%. This was mainly driven by strong demand in China and global markets, boosting sales of ADAS and robotic LiDAR products. Gross profit margin was 41%, up 2 percentage points.

For the full year 2025, net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 436 million, with basic earnings per share of RMB 3.13; in the same period in 2024, a loss of RMB 102 million. On a non-GAAP basis, net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 551 million, up 39 times year-on-year; basic earnings per share were RMB 3.96.

Annual revenue reached RMB 30.28 billion, a record high, an increase of 45.76% year-on-year.

The company expects first-quarter 2026 net revenue to be between RMB 650 million and RMB 700 million, representing an increase of approximately 24% to 33% year-on-year.

Hesai co-founder and CEO Li Yifan said that to meet the surging demand in the ADAS and robotics fields, the company plans to increase annual production capacity to over 4 million units by 2026. As AI-driven the Fourth Industrial Revolution accelerates, Hesai is committed to becoming a key enabler of physical AI, digitizing the real world and redefining how humans and robots perceive and act. In the coming months, the company will launch new flagship products, each targeting market opportunities worth trillions of RMB, turning its vision into reality and laying a solid foundation for growth in the next decade.

CFO Fan Peng stated that in 2026, the company has raised its LiDAR shipment guidance to 3 million to 3.5 million units and will soon release breakthrough new products.
