How can we ensure that returning college graduates “stay and develop well”? How can we help companies recruit stable workers after the holiday? How can employment services be “warm and continuous”? Recently, Yongtai County’s 2026 “Spring Breeze Action” series of recruitment activities successfully concluded. Using a “online + offline” dual-drive model, a total of 7 recruitment events were held, attracting nearly 40 companies, offering over 1,400 jobs, and reaching initial employment intentions with more than 500 people. Through a series of targeted “combination punches,” they are helping ordinary people realize their employment dreams.

On February 25th, Yongtai’s first “Spring Breeze Action” on-site job fair of the year opened at Nanhuhua Garden Square in Zhangcheng Town. 21 companies set up booths with over 800 positions, covering manufacturing, modern services, e-commerce, and other fields, attracting many returning workers and college graduates to apply. The first event alone resulted in initial employment intentions from 115 people, marking a successful start to the Spring recruitment season.

“I am a recent graduate this year, and I’ve been interning out of town. Returning to my hometown and attending this job fair is perfect timing. There are many positions here suitable for young people’s development,” said Xiao Ye, a college graduate, who has reached an employment agreement with a local manufacturing company at the fair.

To make employment services “within reach,” Yongtai County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau also launched cloud-based recruitment. During the first online job fair on February 28th, 38 companies offered over 1,000 positions. Five company leaders participated in live broadcasts, interacting “face-to-face” with job seekers.

Zhang Bizhu, a second-level director at Yongtai County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, appeared in the live broadcast as a “policy host,” providing detailed introductions to the local employment environment and entrepreneurship policies, inviting various talents to settle in Yongtai and realize their dreams. “Live streaming for job placement breaks the limitations of time and space, allowing job seekers to find their ideal jobs without leaving home, and helping companies recruit talent more efficiently,” said Zhang.

“This is our third time participating in live-streamed job placement. We’ve received many resumes each time, and the quality is quite good,” said Chen Xiu Jin, HR specialist at Fuzhou Yizhi Bamboo Technology Co., Ltd. The company has added new production lines this year, increasing labor demand. “We hope to achieve a ‘two-way effort’ through live streaming and recruit more suitable talents.”

At each on-site recruitment event, Yongtai County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau set up a “Employment and Entrepreneurship Policy Promotion” zone, organizing staff to “set up stalls” and provide “one-stop” policy consultation services for job seekers and companies. From entrepreneurial guarantee loans to skills training subsidies, from social security continuation to talent introduction policies, staff answered every question carefully, letting the “spring breeze” of policies reach the hearts of the people. During the event, over 1,500 various employment and entrepreneurship promotional materials were distributed.

With the series of “Spring Breeze Action” recruitment activities, the pace of enterprise resumption and production in Yongtai County has significantly accelerated. The initial employment intentions of over 500 people represent hope for increased household income and the confidence of companies to operate at full capacity.

“Employment security for companies is essential; only then can resumption and production proceed smoothly,” said a relevant person from Yongtai County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Going forward, the department will continue to provide follow-up services, conducting “point-to-point” matching for those with initial intentions, and helping job seekers quickly enter companies and start work. Meanwhile, recruitment activities will be intensified, service models innovated, and a more precise, efficient, and warm matching platform built for companies and job seekers. High-quality employment will promote the high-quality development of the county’s economy and society.
