Viewpoint Network News: On March 24, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT announced it will invest 1.4 billion SGD to acquire high-quality assets in Singapore and Japan, further strengthening its presence in logistics, commercial, and data center sectors.

According to reports, this acquisition includes a 100% stake in a logistics asset in Singapore for 504.2 million SGD, a 50% stake in a commercial space asset in Singapore for 245 million SGD, and a 49% stake in a data center in Osaka, Japan, for 620.7 million SGD.
