The fund completed its fundraising from March 2 to March 19, 2026, with a total of 797 valid subscriptions, raising a net amount of 205 million RMB (1.29 billion RMB for Class A and 770 million RMB for Class C). The total interest carried forward was 50,778.61 RMB, and the final total shares issued reached 205,079,683.65. The raised funds were transferred into the fund custodian account on March 23, 2026, and received written confirmation of registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the same day, officially making the fund agreement effective.
