Golden Finance reports that on April 25, Arkham posted on the X platform saying that the attacker Avi Eisenberg, who previously profited about $110 million in 2022 by manipulating the Mango Markets price oracle, has recently signed transactions again on-chain, drawing widespread attention from the community.
Avi Eisenberg had earlier carried out “high-profit trades” by exploiting a vulnerability in Mango Finance. He then also threatened to attack Aave, and on Curve was liquidated himself after attempting to liquidate other people’s positions. After the incident, he was arrested and jailed. Now, his address has shown up again with on-chain activity, and the market has started to speculate whether he has returned to the crypto market, but no further details have been disclosed yet.
