Norwegian Cruise Line sails back into Philadelphia

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has returned to Philadelphia, marking the first cruise line to sail from the city in 15 years and coinciding with America’s 250th anniversary celebration. NCL is introducing a new terminal in collaboration with PhilaPort and Tinicum Township and will offer Bermuda, Canada, and New England itineraries initially with Norwegian Jewel, followed by Norwegian Pearl in late 2026, which will also add Caribbean and Bahamas sailings. This move is expected to boost tourism and create jobs in Pennsylvania, with Governor Josh Shapiro highlighting the economic impact of the tourism industry.
