CryptoWorld News reports that Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated at a routine briefing on the 24th that the European Union's 20th round of sanctions against Russia, passed on April 23rd, includes 36 new measures such as restrictions on oil exploration, extraction, refining, and transportation. Russia will respond with strong countermeasures. Zakharova pointed out that the EU is currently facing energy pressures, and sanctions on Russia are self-inflicted. Additionally, on the same day, the EU approved a new loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine, which will further increase the EU's own debt burden.
