🔥Turkey: If the US and Iran reach an agreement, participation in the Strait of Hormuz mine clearance may be considered

On April 25, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that after Iran and the United States may reach a peace agreement, Turkey could consider participating in mine clearance operations in the Strait of Hormuz.
It is expected that after the agreement is reached, a technical team will carry out the mine clearance work, which Turkey views as a "humanitarian responsibility," and holds a positive attitude.
If this multinational alliance becomes a party to a new round of conflict, Turkey will reassess its position.
Additionally, issues related to Iran's nuclear program are expected to be resolved in the next round of Pakistan talks.
