NVIDIA and Nebius announced a strategic partnership to build and deploy next-generation hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure for both AI-native companies and enterprises.
Nebius said this partnership builds on its existing deployment of NVIDIA infrastructure across its global platform, including multiple gigawatt-scale AI factories in the U.S. NVIDIA will support Nebius’s early adoption of its latest accelerated computing platforms to help Nebius reach more than 5 gigawatts of capacity by the end of 2030.
The collaboration includes:
•AI factory design and support, including access to partner design materials, design review processes, early samples, system software support, bring-up support, and regular business and technical reviews
•Inference, with both companies working on a best-in-class inference and agentic AI stack using NVIDIA’s latest software, optimized models, and libraries
•AI infrastructure deployment, including early adoption of NVIDIA architectures such as Rubin, Vera CPUs, and BlueField storage systems
•Fleet management, using NVIDIA’s GPU health monitoring and software recommendations to improve fleet health across Nebius’s infrastructure
