3.23 Jian Xi Midday Review
Gold surged to 4536 in the morning then faced selling pressure and retreated. The short-term quickly dipped near 4320 where it stabilized, followed by a modest rebound to 4369 where it encountered resistance and fell back again. Overall, it exhibited a shock-driven downtrend pattern of falling first, then rising, then falling again, with a clear bearish trend. Currently trading around 4310.
From a technical perspective, the 4-hour Bollinger Bands is opening downward and diverging, with price breaking below the lower rail and continuing the downtrend. MACD green histogram continuously increases in volume, maintaining strong bearish momentum; although KDJ has entered the oversold region with some technical correction needs in the short term, the overall trend remains bearish.
Operationally, short positions can be placed in the 4310—4295 range, targeting the 4270—4200 area. #黄金 $XAUT
