Evening BTC experienced a sudden geopolitical news shock, with a violent short-term rally exceeding 3000 points, touching a high near 71800, while ETH surged in sync. Currently consolidating at higher levels.
From a market perspective, this rally is purely driven by news with insufficient volume follow-through, lacking the foundation for a trend reversal. At the 4-hour level, price has pierced through the upper Bollinger Band with rapid momentum exhaustion for bulls; the 1-hour chart rallied and fell back, creating a long upper wick with concentrated selling pressure at higher levels. Overall, the weak pattern remains, with subsequent oscillating declines expected. Trading strategy: maintain a bearish bias.
