20歲的我相信長壽的祕訣:
1)嚴格控制飲食(高蛋白低脂肪低碳水)
2)定點睡定點起
3)堅持鍛煉(健身房 + 每週4次以上5KM,每個月3次以上10KM,定期馬拉松)
30歲的我相信長壽的祕訣:
1)健康指標沒問題的情況下,想吃點啥就吃點啥,否則就定向調整。
相信定理分析的科學,需要改啥改啥,需要補啥補啥。泛泛而談的正確廢話就當放屁
2)幾點睡都行,睡夠時長
3)能不吃的苦都不吃,只搞輕度鍛煉
4)任何事情都是別人的錯,我沒有問題,不著急,不內耗
