FTC sues IML for allegedly misleading advertising of Crypto Assets trading courses to defraud $1.2 billion

According to the Gate.io News bot, TheBlock reported that on May 2, 2024, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) of the United States, in conjunction with the state of Nevada, filed a lawsuit against IML Company. The lawsuit documents show that the company has raised approximately $1.2 billion through false advertising of Crypto Assets, forex, Options, and stock trading courses since 2018. The company had previously operated under multiple names including IM Mastery Academy and iMarketsLive.
