Major gold heist in Hong Kong: 10 robbers stole 65 kilograms of gold, worth over 53 million yuan.

On September 18, it was reported that a major robbery occurred at a gold processing factory in Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong, on the morning of September 17. About 10 robbers broke into the factory and stole 65 kilograms of gold bars, gold ingots, and gold powder, with a total value of approximately 58 million Hong Kong dollars (around 53.02 million RMB), and also took about 30,000 Hong Kong dollars in cash. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. on the same day, when the reporting person and five friends were resting inside the workshop. After the robbery, the criminals took all six individuals outside the workshop, locked the main door with an iron chain, and fled the scene. The case has been handed over to the West Kowloon Crime Unit for further investigation.
