Jin10 data reported on October 6th that the Governor of the Bank of England, Bailey, stated in a speech scheduled for later Monday in Scotland that the UK should create an environment conducive to investment. Bailey will point out at the Global Investment Summit in Edinburgh that economies need to make breakthroughs in the so-called "General Purpose Technology" (GPT) field to drive investment and productivity rise. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an example.
