The gallery houses the French royal jewelry and the “Crown BCD” series. Two high-security display cases were targeted, with a total of 8 pieces of jewelry with “immeasurable historical value” stolen. The announcement stated that the alarm systems for the gallery's exterior windows and the two display cases were activated.
