Nvidia may face prosecution by French regulatory agency for alleged anti-competitive behavior.

Golden Data July 1st, according to informed sources, the French antitrust regulator is preparing to accuse Nvidia of anti-competitive behavior, making it the first enforcement agency to do so. In September last year, the French side raided the graphics card industry, and sources said the target of this raid was Nvidia. After releasing the generative AI application ChatGPT at the end of last year, the market saw a substantial rise in demand for chips from the world’s largest AI and computer graphics chip manufacturer, triggering regulatory scrutiny on both sides of the Atlantic.
