JinkoSolar: plans to issue global depositary receipts and list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

On October 20, JinkoSolar announced that the company held the 10th meeting of the second board of directors on October 18, 2024, to deliberate and approve the relevant proposals on the company’s overseas issuanceGDR to add domestic basic A shares. The Company intends to issue Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) and apply for listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, with the newly issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) of the Company as the underlying securities. The new A-shares of the underlying securities represented by the Company’s issuanceGDR shall not exceed 10.00% of the total share capital of the Company’s ordinary shares before the issuance (no more than 1,000,519,986 shares based on the Company’s total share capital as of September 30, 2024).
