A federal judge ruled that Iowa can challenge the validity of potential non-citizen votes

On November 4th, Jinshi data, a Federal judge in the United States ruled on November 3rd local time that Iowa can challenge the validity of hundreds of potential non-citizen votes, but the ruling will not remove anyone from the voter list, but will require some voters to use provisional ballots. It is reported that the American Civil Liberties Union sued Paul Pate, Iowa’s top election official, on behalf of four Iowa voters on October 30th, claiming that his instructions to election officials to question the votes of potential citizens violated their voting rights.
